Striker Sesko will be absent from Slovenia's upcoming fixtures versus Sweden and Kosovo because of a knee problem suffered during the latest game against Tottenham. However, the club is optimistic that he could return in time to face Everton after the international window.

Injury Details and Recovery Period

The forward was substituted in the 87th minute of the Saturday 2-2 stalemate against Tottenham after being introduced in the 58th minute for teammate Mazraoui. Manager Ruben Amorim voiced worry post-match, resulting in Sesko's pull-out from the Slovenia squad.

The club will carry out further tests at their Carrington facility in the coming days, but early indications suggest a potential return ahead of the Everton match scheduled for 24 November.
