Actress Amy Schumer Announces Separation from Spouse of Seven-Year Marriage

Entertainer Amy Schumer has revealed that she and her spouse, culinary expert Chris Fischer are divorcing after seven years of marriage.

The renowned comedian said in a social media post on this week, alongside a photo of the two of them on the subway, that they had made the "difficult decision" to separate and will continue to focus on caring for their six-year-old son.

"Peaceful, filled with love and mutual respect! Family forever," she expressed.

The 44-year-old Schumer and 45-year-old Fischer, tied the knot in February 2018 and had their son a year later.
